The Guest Suites

The accommodations at M Suites Hotel feature 128 guest suites. Tastefully decorated in Tropical and Bali style that offer views of the Straits of Johor overlooking Singapore. You can either enjoy the ambience of dining in, or order room service. Either way, you will experience the M Suites treasure.

RATES INCLUDES:

•	Room Rates are inclusive of Complimentary Buffet Breakfast.
•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

•	A surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Public Hoiliday and School holiday.

•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM40.00 nett per bed per night with one buffet breakfast.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent to a maximum of one child.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Meeting and Convention Package are available upon request.
•	Baby cot are provided free-of-charge.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed. - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

The customer shall notify THE HOTEL by e-mail, or fax or telephone, of any reduction or cancellation in the reservation as follows :-

More than 72 hours - No Charge
Less than 72 hours - 50% Charge
Less than 24 hours - 100% Charge

Our 513sq ft studio suites comprised of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, gives you plenty of room to

relax. Broadband internet is available in all Studios. More spacious than most other hotel rooms, our Studios

are perfect for both long and short stays.

The One Bedroom Suite seclude the bedroom from the sitting room for greater privacy, with a bathroom

and TV in the sitting room, and Broadband internet connection.

These units are furnished with either a double-bed or twin beds. The Two-Bedroom Suite include a spacious

sitting room and a separate dining area and 2 bathrooms, ideal for business or entertaining. An added study

room is available in some units with Broadband internet connection.
